While there are some sites for the best coffee places in Berlin in general and some sites which speak about the best Coffee brands in Germany – there is hardly any information about specifically one of Berlin’s best neighbourhoods – yes Prenzlauer Berg!
Yes, our choices are somewhat subjective, and yes we chose those places that we know and like because they are just around the corner from our office and we often buy our coffees‘ there. We thought to introduce them to you and we introduce the democratic opportunity for our readers to chose themselves and vote in our POLL below. While the voting is not regulated – you can vote more than once – and is not ’scientific‘ – we thought it would be fun to have our readers vote-up their favorite place.

A wonderful coffee place along with serving pasteries and fresh buns for lunch. Always a nice crowd in here because the service is friendly,the prices reasonable and quality of coffee and food is high. And a great street-side patio in the shade which is very nice indeed when it is hot so you can take the weight off your shoes! And it is right beside our Next-Estate office!

The ‚Meierei“ about themselves…..‚The hospitality of a country cottage – the floats before the dairy team, a mountain hut in the middle of our bustling metropolis. A refuge with a warm welcome and delicious Alpine cuisine. Just about everything is handmade, homemade or selected with love and skill by the magnificent apple strudel on the hearty goulash and seasonal salads to sweets from Switzerland and Austria. Here you can sit and dreamily watch over a cup of fine coffee, something the world does or meet up with friends for a snack.‘
