How to buy in Berlin?

The first step to buying in Berlin is to choose a suitable apartment, then you should try to pay a small deposit to reserve the apartment(this is not obligatory) then you can choose a Notary who is responsible for the sales process, we recommend that buyers use a lawyer to oversee the process also, the whole process takes between two and three months from start to finish.

In our opinion all central districts of Berlin are interesting especially Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg are good for living.
