Berlin properties we Like in Berlin! – Rungestraße 3-7, Berlin-Mitte
Yes we sell Real Estate in Berlin, and yes we have an interest in promoting our own properties.
However some properties are almost a pity to sell because – we do ourselves live in Berlin and are people after all- we would like to own them ourselves!

Today, Rungestraße 3-7, in Berlin-Mitte. The building is surrounded by typical Berlin-Mitte cosmopolitan lifestyle in the embassy district, it is a genteel retreat overlooking the Park and has many small cafes and boutiques nearby.
As one can see in these two photographs above from the outside, and below from inside, this is obviously an epic building in an equally epic location.
It has the expressive monumental archetechture, a sort of optimism that reflects that of the metropolis architecture of the 20th century.

Our property at the Rungestraße 3-7 is on the 2nd floor – an 175 m2 large loft with bathroom and a balcony.
